Return Policies

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and find it a valuable addition to your computer system. If any shipment arrives damaged or if any product is defective, we will replace the item at no cost to you, including the return shipping. If the return is unrelated to any defect, one of following rules will apply, depending on the item in question:

  • FRS: Full Refund with Shipping
    Item is fully refundable within 30 days of purchase with original packaging. Return shipping is free.
  • FR: Full Refund without Shipping
    Item is refundable within 30 days of purchase with original packaging. Customer pays for return shipping.
  • EXS: Exchanges Only with Shipping
    Item is exchangeable within 30 days of purchase with original packaging for an item(s) of comparable value. Return shipping is free.
  • EX: Exchanges Only without Shipping
    Item is exchangeable within 30 days of purchase with original packaging for an item(s) of comparable value. Customer pays for return shipping.
  • FNL: Final Sale
    Item is non-refundable.
